VuoluVille features three convex, adjustable and replaceable blades. For blade adjustment, the kit includes a two-part blade adjustment tool that fits all discs in our range.

The convex VuoluVille disc is best suited for adzing finished log walls, but can also be used for other woodworking tasks. The convex blades allow for a variety of surface profiles on both logs and board surfaces.

Use with a D-handle is recommended; it gives you better control of the machine, makes the work safer and improves the result.

An angle grinder with soft start and variable speed control is recommended. Speed adjustment helps achieve good results across different wood species and varying moisture levels. The best speed is found by experimenting. Check the condition of the blades regularly and sharpen or replace them as needed. Always read both the machine and disc instructions and safety guidelines, and use appropriate protective equipment. Remember to clean the machine’s air intake openings regularly, as chips and dust can quickly block them. If you need advice on using the disc, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

VuoluVille and its blades are designed and made in Finland.

The handle features a non-slip rubber grip on its metal body. The handle fits most angle grinders, though the corners at the ends of the handle may need to be removed.

Note: The package does not include a blade adjustment spanner; you will need a 10 mm open-end or box spanner for blade adjustment.
