The log scribe features two large, clearly visible spirit levels to help you keep the tool level throughout the entire scribing process. The aluminium body is sturdy and comfortable to hold. Wing screws allow for firm tightening, and the milled adjustment channels in the body keep the spike and pencil in the correct position at all times.

The scribe comes with one Veritas red pencil (for green wood). Additional pencils are available in a pack of four, sold separately.
