A small, handy hewing axe, ideal for beginners and for practicing hewing. The blade shape matches our full-size broadaxe, but the blade is shorter. The handle is hand-carved, so its shape, length, and thickness vary slightly from batch to batch.

The axe is hand-forged in Nuutajärvi, Finland, and every piece is unique.

Weight approx. 1.8–2.0 kg including handle. Blade width (measured straight) 120 mm, total length with handle approx. 450 mm.
