The disc features three straight, adjustable, and replaceable blades. Included is a two-part blade adjustment tool compatible with all disc models we sell.

The flat disc is well suited for small-scale debarking, smoothing log or other wood surfaces, shaping wood, or sharpening fence posts, among other tasks. Its compact size and weight make it practical for use with battery-powered angle grinders as well.

Recommended for use with a D-handle attachment – for better control, safer operation, and improved results.

An angle grinder with variable speed control is recommended. Speed adjustment helps achieve good results across different wood species and varying moisture levels. The best speed is found through experimentation. Check blade condition regularly and sharpen or replace blades as needed. Always read the safety and operating instructions for both the grinder and the disc, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Remember to clean the grinder’s air intake vents regularly – wood chips and dust block them easily. If you need advice on using the disc, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
