Ordering
You can place an order at HK-Hirsityökalut either as a registered customer or as a guest. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided upon successful completion of the order.

Prices
All prices are displayed on our website and include VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. Shipping costs are added to the order total at checkout based on the selected delivery method. We reserve the right to change prices.
Payment Methods
Payment processing is handled by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7). Available payment methods include online banking buttons for all major Finnish banks as well as card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Orders collected in person can also be paid by cash or card. No shipping charge applies for in-store collection.

Walley Invoice and Instalment
Walley offers invoice and instalment payment services for Finnish consumers. Pay in full with an invoice or spread payments over several months. Maximum credit limit is €5,000.
Eligibility requires a positive credit decision. The applicant must be at least 18 years old and hold a Finnish personal identity code and a permanent registered address in Finland.

Alisa Business Invoice
A payment method for business customers. Requires a Finnish business registration number (y-tunnus) and Finnish online banking credentials. Maximum credit limit is €5,000.

Advance Invoice for Business Customers
Business customers may also pay by advance invoice. The order is dispatched once payment has been received. To arrange invoicing, please contact us at hirsi@hirsityokalut.fi. A valid EU VAT number is required. An invoicing fee of €5 (VAT included) applies.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Posti (Finnish Post) to addresses in Finland and across the EU. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country, and are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Orders can also be collected in person from our premises in Nuutajärvi. Collection must always be arranged in advance by email (hirsi@hirsityokalut.fi) or phone (+358 400 500 811).
Delivery Times:
- Finland: 2–5 business days from order confirmation
- EU countries: 7–14 business days from order confirmation
- Made-to-order products (not in stock): 2–6 weeks
During busy periods, processing times may be longer. If a product is unavailable for an extended period, we will notify you separately.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumer Customers
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at hirsi@hirsityokalut.fi before the withdrawal period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Business Customers
Returns for business customers are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in advance. We do not accept returns that have not been agreed upon beforehand.
Complaints
We handle all complaints in accordance with the principles of consumer protection and product liability legislation. EU consumers are entitled to a statutory two-year warranty on all products. To submit a complaint, contact us at hirsi@hirsityokalut.fi – please describe the issue and include your order number and a photograph if the product is defective.
Packaging Materials
We reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible in order to reduce environmental impact.
